Get your KII right

The Key Investor Information (KII) requirement came into force for new UCITS funds on July 1, 2011 and must be used for existing UCITS funds from July 1, 2012. It creates significant challenges for fund promoters who must prepare, distribute, update and maintain KII. In a competitive market environment, a well-produced KII can also help to attract investors. For more information on our comprehensive KII service, see our factsheet.
